One of the ranges of the products manufactured by ZPTO “Vira-Service Intermash” is the production and service of lifting and transport equipment for energy enterprises, which ensures the fulfillment of the main tasks, as at the stage of manufacturing of power generation units, as well being an important element of the technological chain of energy production. Crane equipment of our plant is successfully used for maintenance of systems for the production of electric or thermal energy, lifting the upstream walls of hydroelectric power plants, fuel feeding of boiler houses of thermal power plants, carrying out routine maintenance of turbines and their components.
Technical solution for energy enterprises
The grab crane is used at energy enterprises for handling and transportation of bulk cargo (fuel). We manufacture grab cranes with a span of 10.5 to 42 m, crane weight from 14.3 to 111.0 tons. Apparent density of the cargo is up to 3.0 t / m3, the maximum size of pieces for lifting and transportation is 300 mm. The rated motor capacity is 43.5 or 48.5 kW.
