Erection of lifting equipment (single-girder bridge cranes, double-girder bridge cranes, gantry cranes) is one of the key activities of our plant. Qualitative erection works at the end-user’s facilities is the main task of our specialists and erection crew.
For the calculation of scope of a complex of works, the following factors are taken into account:
– technical characteristics of the crane;
– features of the erection site of the installation facilities;
– availability of lifting equipment and mechanisms (truck cranes);
– inspection tests and commissioning works;
– the need for technical examination and expert technical inspection.

Modernization of cranes is the scope of works for improvement and renovation of cranes and their components in order to improve the technical and operational characteristics of overhead and gantry cranes.
In the course of modernization, not only replacement of the components with more advanced, but improvement of the design of the cranes done as well. Modernization of bridge and gantry cranes involves replacing outmoded or imperfect crane assemblies with newer ones. In some cases, the modernization of bridge and gantry cranes is limited or minimal and only some parts of the crane assemblies are removed, added, or replaced with more modern ones, with improved characteristics, which will significantly improve the operational characteristics of the crane.

Repair of lifting equipment starts with the preparation of a Repair request form. The possibility of using an outmoded complete set of lifting equipment during repair is realized due to additional equipment, for example, for already installed control system, movement mechanisms, modernization of the cabin.
Services of a laboratory for chemical analysis and metal mechanical tests.
Specialists of the central plant’s laboratory of LLC “ZPTO” VIRA-SERVICE INTERMASH ” provide services in non-destructive tests:
– ultrasonic quality control (UT) of weld joints and base metal;
– visual and measurement control (VT);
– measurement of the hardness of products.
Determination of the chemical composition of rolled steel, steel products, casting and destructive tests :
– mechanical testing of welded joints and rolled steel;
– testing of abrasive wheels.
The enterprise carries out certification (recertification) of welders in accordance with the requirements of NPAOP 0.00-1.16-96 “Rules for certification of welders” for admission to perform welding works in accordance with regulatory documents for cranes, loaders, lifts and hoists, steel structures.

We can provide delivery of our products by any vehicle of any carrying capacity. We independently load large-sized and heavy-weighted goods onto railway platforms and deliver them via our own railway line with our diesel locomotive to the Odessa Railway, which runs 300 meters from the territory of the plant.
